These are the minutes for Monday May 9, 2011.

Prayer Calendar: Melissa, Melissa led prayer.

Treasurer Report: Total: $286.88 ($50 was given to Annie Armstrong & $12 in donations last month)

Minutes from Last Meeting: Read by Melissa

Card Sender Report: cards will be sent out. A report will be given next month.

Gift Bag Report: We are currently in need of someone to handle the gift bag ministry.

Community Service Center: We received a thank you letter from Judy Crowe & a monthy report for April 2011:

1057 families were served; of those 53 were new clients

Old Business:

Bonnie Hummel will discuss with Tim Baker about "visitor cards". The goal will be to implement a program where the young men of our church will be responsible for providing a visitor card for each visitor to fill out.

We have placed a new church directory on hold for the time being. Edee will discuss the project with Rick Lambert to see what he will need & the best time for him to assemble the directory would be. Jamie Carol & Melissa have extended their services to this project, which include picture taking & aquiring correct address & phone numbers for each member.

New Business:

We have cancelled our June and July meetings.

Next Meeting: Our next meeting is Monday August 15th & Donna Shimfessel is the hostess.
